Regarding Venezuelan currency redenomination, the ISO Code to identify Venezuelan Bolivar will change from the current VEB to VEF, in force from January 1st, 2008, while the Numeric Code will change from 862 to 937.

Three zeroes will be dropped from the Venezuelan currency which will be temporarily denominated “Bolivar Fuerte”, reverting again to “Bolivar” once the Central Bank of Venezuela determines the transitional period has elapsed.
